2025 FESTIVAL RULES - PARK RULES

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Festival Times for load in: Thursday load in’s can start at 2pm, Friday load in’s can start at 6am. Load out by 11am on Monday.

  • Please have your festival tickets, camping passes and any additional vehicle parking passes printed out or ready on your phone for check-in.
  • If you leave the campground, in your vehicle – Please carry your Camper Vehicle Parking Pass.
  • Any additional vehicles other than their primary vehicle will need to have an Additional Parking Pass purchased. Additional Parking passes can be purchased here.

1.  All local, state, and federal laws shall be enforced in all District Regional Parks. County of Riverside Ordinance 328 shall be enforced in all District Regional Parks.

2.  Medical/CPAC devices – requires reserving a site with a minimum of water & electric; party will not be allowed to reserve a campsite within Dry camping as generators will NOT be allowed to operate during quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

3.  No ground fires allowed.

  • Campground A, B & C – ground fires permitted in rings provided; flame length not to exceed 18”.
  • Dry camping – No fires permitted – Propane cooking stoves with an on/off switch are permitted.
  • No gathering firewood.

4. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am. Loud and/or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion from campgrounds without refund.

5. Generators are permitted except during quiet hours of 10pm to 6am.

6. Amplified music is not permitted unless authorized in advance by the District.

7. Remote controlled flying objects, drones, bow and arrows/archery are not permitted, unless authorized in advance by Director or his/her Designee.

8. The posted speed limit shall be observed.

9. No more than 6-occupants and 2 vehicles per site; cannot block or obstruct roadway.

  • All vehicles must park per the designed striping and within the confines.  No horseshoe or other angled parking.
  • Vehicles must remain on park roads and/or designated parking spaces.
  • Street legal vehicles only. No off-road vehicles allowed.

10. All pet fees are per animal. Maximum two (2) pets total.

  • Dogs must always be controlled and on a leash; no longer than six (6) feet in length.
  • Never leave pets unattended.  Must be within the tent or RV overnight.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up waste generated from their pet(s).
 

11. Hunting and use of firearms are prohibited in the park.

12. Fireworks are prohibited.

13. Do not remove or damage flowers, rocks, plants, animals, artifacts, and other park features.

14. No attaching, nailing, or screwing of items to the trees.

15. Notify Park Ranger immediately of any emergency, damage, or other problems arise.

16. Lake is closed to all activity – no viewing access.

17. Bicycle riders must wear a helmet.

18. No Chinese lanterns.

19. Vehicles observed not displaying proper camper registration window tag are subject to tow at owners expense.
