Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Music Festival is committed to welcoming all guests, including those with disabilities. We continually strive to improve access to all event amenities, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Entry

  • A dedicated ADA accessible entry lane will be available to facilitate smooth and convenient access for guests with disabilities.

Viewing Areas

  • Designated ADA viewing areas are provided at both the Main Stage and the Second Main Stage to accommodate guests with mobility or other accessibility needs.

Parking

  • A dedicated ADA parking lot is available for attendees with disabilities.
  • Premier Parking Options:
    • Premier 3-Day Pass: Closest upfront parking for one vehicle for all three days — $199
    • Premier 1-Day Pass: Closest upfront parking for one vehicle for one day — $79

Wheelchair Accessibility

  • The festival is held outdoors in a public park with primarily grassy terrain. The park is wheelchair accessible, though guests should be aware that the natural grass surface may present some challenges.
  • Attendees are responsible for navigating the festival grounds between stages independently or with the assistance of a companion, as no transportation between stages will be provided.

Service Animals

  • Service animals trained to perform specific tasks are welcome throughout the venue in accordance with California law.
  • Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted.
  • Staff may ask what task the service animal is trained to perform and may request documentation verifying the animal’s status as a service animal.
  • Only animals trained individually to assist their handlers will be allowed.

Bags & Backpacks

  • Purses/Handbags (up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″)
  • Small Backpacks (up to 12″ x 8″ x 4″)
  • Clear bags preferred

Seating

  • Low-back chairs & blankets welcome only (backs no higher than 32", legs no longer than 14")
  • Please be considerate of those around you. Note: Chairs and blankets are not permitted within the first 30 feet of the stages, where "No Chairs" signage will be posted.

All hot air balloon activities are subject to cancel or relocate due to weather conditions.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning balloon launches available through A Grape Escape.

Friday and Saturday Balloon Glow will take place at Sunset.

Parking is located along the main entrance fence near gate 1 and 2.

30+ food vendors located throughout the festival grounds (offering a variety of foods, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages).

In/Out privileges granted to all 3-day passholders, VIP passholders, and camping guests, accessed with your RFID wristband. There is no re-entry for single day general admission (GA) ticket buyers.

Since you are choosing to spend your money with us, we sure want to make it an easy and safe process for you and all staff. For that reason we are encouraging as many cashless points of sale as possible, where we will only accept credit/debit cards and digital forms of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android pay, etc). This includes all concessions and festival merchandise locations.

Weapons & Safety Hazards

  • Weapons, knives, firearms, or anything deemed a weapon

  • Explosives or fireworks

  • Laser pointers

  • Spray paint or large markers

  • Threatening signs or apparel

Recording Equipment

  • Professional cameras (including detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, Go-Pro mounts)

  • Professional audio or video equipment

  • Professional-grade radios or walkie-talkies

  • Unauthorized vendors

Containers & Food

  • Outside food or beverages (except one unopened bottle of water per person)

  •  (NO canteens, flasks or other personal refillable containers). Visit one of our water stations for free water.

  • Coolers or picnic baskets

  • Glass containers or cans

  • Aerosol containers

Comfort & Transport Items

  • Umbrellas, tents, canopies, EZ-ups

  • Inflatable furniture or rafts

  • Tables, hammocks, or beach umbrellas

  • Wagons or carts

  • Bicycles and skateboards (must remain outside venue; bike parking available)

Miscellaneous

  • Drones or unmanned aircraft

To ensure the safety of all patrons everyone entering the festival venues are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Please make sure to review our Allowed & Prohibited Items to help expedite the entry lines.

We do NOT allow ticket transfers.

How do I add other stuff to my order?

General Ticket Info

Due to wi- fi connectivity we recommend downloading the QR code and order confirmation in advance to avoid any delays redeeming RFIDs and entrance into the festival.

NOTE:Single day general admission tickets must provide their QR code at the gate. This will be scanned for entrance into the festival. No wristbands provided.

All 3-day passholders, VIP passholders, and camping guests, must pick up an RFID wristband at box office will call.

Note: There is no re-entry for single day general admission (GA) ticket buyers. RFID wristband holders have come and go privileges.

I want to refund my tickets (change of plans, isn’t satisfied, etc.).

All sales are final. Ticket refunds are NOT permitted. This is outlined in the Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival Purchase Policy, agreed to by the customer at time of purchase.

I want to downgrade my tickets.

All sales are final. Tickets are NOT downgrade-able. This is outlined in the Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival Purchase Terms & Conditions, agreed to by the customer at time of purchase.

I want to upgrade my tickets.

As long as ticket allotments are still available, our Box Office Sales staff will be able to upgrade the customer’s pass.

Are Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival tickets refundable?

All tickets sales for Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival are final, nonrefundable, and non-transferrable. The event is held rain or shine. Your event ticket is a revocable license for the event. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, all of which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. No refunds/exchanges. Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Ticket purchaser/user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event, of inclement and/or severe weather. Tickets lost or stolen may not be replaced. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to the Management’s use of the ticket user’s image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the event. Pets will not be permitted, and refunds will not be provided for guests that are denied entry due to animals, including emotional support animals.

Is there an Age Limit?

All ages are welcome to enjoy General Admission for Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival.

Kids 12 and under are complimentary with a ticketed adult, at checkout they can select a free ticket see image to reference.

Can I go on one day and pass my wristband off to someone else for another day?

Negative Ghost Rider. Wristbands are non-transferrable and intended for only ONE guest to attend the festival the entire weekend.

Maximum of 6 guests allowed per campsite (4 additional add on purchased tickets, totaling 6)

Wait in comfort for your Uber/Lyft/Taxi in the Rideshare Lounge. Located on the corner between Festival grounds and the camp store, your Uber/Lyft driver will know exactly where to find you!

Please be aware that we close the roads to all incoming traffic between approximately 8 & 9pm to accommodate traffic flow. Please schedule your pick-up accordingly.

Rideshare companies will have access to pick up their rideshare rides after the event ends after 10 PM.
