Wait in comfort for your Uber/Lyft/Taxi in the Rideshare Lounge. Located on the corner between Festival grounds and the camp store, your Uber/Lyft driver will know exactly where to find you!

Please be aware that we close the roads to all incoming traffic between approximately 8 & 9pm to accommodate traffic flow. Please schedule your pick-up accordingly.
Low profile beach chairs are acceptable (please be courteous of surrounding guests).
Personal umbrellas are not acceptable.
In/Out privileges granted to all 3-day passholders, VIP passholders, and camping guests, accessed with your RFID wristband. There is no re-entry for single day ticket buyers.
Lost and Found located at entrance gate (Blue/White striped tent).
All hot air balloon activities are subject to cancel or relocate due to weather conditions.

Hot Air Balloons will be available throughout the weekend for tether rides and at sunset each day for the balloon glow. (Weather Permitting)
One (1) un-opened water bottle allowed per person (NO canteens, flasks or other personal refillable containers). Visit one of our three water stations (located on your map) for free water.
30+ food vendors located throughout the festival grounds (offering a variety of foods, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages).
A selection of food vendors will offer breakfast starting as early as 6:00am on Saturday and Sunday in the hot air balloon courtyard just inside the main entrance gates. All other food vendors will be open with the full festival grounds at 12:00pm Friday, and 11:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
